Ingredients

1 pound
ground beef (90% lean)
1 tablespoon
worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
onion powder

1 tablespoon
olive oil

hamburger buns (white, medium)

Directions

Instructions

  • Add egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil to large bowl and whisk together with a fork
  • Add ground beef and mix together
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  • Preheat grill
  • Form into 4 patties
  • Grill for about 20-25 minutes, flipping at least once

Condiments for each burger - 1 packet of low sodium ketchup (1 tsp), 1 medium slice of onion, and 1 small leaf of iceberg lettuce.
